2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 3:00 PM CST)
International Shipping
- Canada & Mexico: 7 to 12 business days
- Europe: 10 to 15 business days
- Asia: 12 to 20 business days
- Australia & Other Countries: 14 to 25 business days
Note: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and local import regulations, which could affect delivery times.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or engraved orders may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, customers will receive an email notification with tracking information.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard domestic shipping is free for orders over $200.
- Shipping fees for expedited and overnight shipping options will be calculated at checkout.
- International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
While we strive to deliver globally, certain restrictions apply:
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, but express shipping may not be available for these locations.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take longer than estimated delivery times.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which is beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or the local post office.

Damaged Shipments

8. CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS

- Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
